These terms govern your use of krapton.com and any engagement with Krapton Technologies Private Limited (“Krapton”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Krapton provides software development, IT consulting and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties — those documents take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
2. Quotes and Payments
Quotes are provided in writing before work begins. Fixed-price projects are billed by milestone; hourly engagements are billed weekly. If the scope changes mid-engagement, we re-quote in writing before continuing. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on them.
3. Intellectual Property
On full payment, you own the code and deliverables we create for your project, including hosting, domains and accounts set up in your name. Krapton retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how used to deliver the work, licensed to you as needed for your project.
4. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, code and data as confidential, and we are happy to sign an NDA before any engagement begins — yours or ours.
5. Warranties and Liability
We deliver work with professional skill and care. Except as stated in a signed agreement, services are provided “as is” and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Website Use
Content on krapton.com is provided for general information. You may not scrape, misrepresent or reuse our content or branding without permission. Client names and project material shown on this site are published with the relevant client's knowledge.
