Refund Policy

Last updated 4 September 2026

This policy covers the one thing Krapton IT Consultancy Pvt Ltd sells directly on this website: the one-time payment that unlocks a personal surprise page — ₹49 in India, $2.99 everywhere else. Consulting and development engagements are governed by our Terms of Service instead. Read this before you pay. It is short, and it is the whole policy.

1. What you are paying for

One payment unlocks one surprise page, permanently. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing recurring. The instant Razorpay confirms the payment, our server unlocks the page and the share link starts working. That is the delivery — a digital good, delivered in full, in seconds. Everything below follows from that, and it is why this policy is stricter than a policy for something that arrives in a box.

The page itself is permanent and the link keeps working. The photos, video and voice note you uploaded are removed 7 days after the page is created, to reclaim storage. You are told this while you are choosing the files, again in our Terms of Service, and again here — before you pay. Keep your own copies.

2. When we refund

In full, no argument, in these cases:

3. When we do not refund

4. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@krapton.com with the subject line Refund request and these three things:

Without the link and the payment reference we cannot find the charge, and the request comes straight back to you asking for them. If you gave an email address at checkout, write from that address — the match is then instant.

Email hello@krapton.com

5. How long it takes

Three clocks, and they run one after the other:

So: about a week in the ordinary case, up to roughly two weeks at worst. We do not control the last leg and we cannot make a bank move faster. Once Razorpay gives us a refund reference we send it to you, so you have something to quote if you need to chase your own bank.

6. Limits

7. What a refund does to the page

A refund re-locks the page. That is not a penalty, it is how the record works: refunding sets the surprise back to unpaid, so the private content returns behind the paywall and anyone opening the link — including the person you sent it to — sees the payment screen again.

The page is not deleted and the link is not recycled. Everything you wrote stays where it is, and paying again unlocks it again exactly as it was, subject to the 7-day media window in section 1. If you have already sent the link to someone, tell them before you ask for a refund.

8. Where else to look

Terms of Service covers everything else about using this site and engaging us for work. Privacy Policy covers what we store and for how long.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the current version always lives at this URL, and the version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you paid. A question before you pay is cheaper for both of us than a refund afterwards, so ask — hello@krapton.com.
