Company Signal (formerly Lead Forge) lists newly registered UK companies from the Companies House register, gives every one a free profile with the full public record, and adds a clearly labelled AI analysis so you know why it is worth a conversation now.

Around 800,000 companies are incorporated in the UK every year. Company Signal makes that movement legible, so sales teams, agencies and advisers can spot the right businesses, understand the signal and make the first move while the category is still open.

It now serves the founders behind those companies too. Owners can claim their company’s page, earn the Owner verified badge and read the messages people leave for them, and every founder gets free guides to funding, office space and starting a company in the UK or 40 other countries.

What is Company Signal?

A free tool for finding newly registered UK companies, formerly called Lead Forge. It reads the public Companies House register, lists new incorporations by date and city, and gives every company a profile with the full public record and a clearly labelled AI analysis for sales, agency and research teams.

Where does the company data come from?

From the public Companies House register, published under the Open Government Licence. Company Signal is an independent Krapton product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Companies House.

What does the AI analysis of a new company include?

An executive brief, why now may be a good time to get in touch, opportunity signals and potential needs, and suggested conversation starters. Facts from the register are marked public data and anything inferred is marked AI interpretation, so you always know which is which.

Is Company Signal free?

Yes. The directory, search, every company’s public record and the founder guides are free. A free account adds the AI analysis, two Ask AI questions per company, saved companies and email alerts. Company Signal Plus, a monthly or yearly subscription with a free first week, removes the Ask AI limit and adds contact details, director intelligence, risk indicators and exports; teams can buy Plus seats for a year.

Can a company’s owner claim its page?

Yes. Someone authorised to act for a company can claim its page for a one-off fee. The team checks every claim before it goes live; a verified company page then shows the Owner verified badge and the owner’s showcase, and a claim that cannot be verified is refunded in full. Owners read the messages left for them, reply on the site and see how many people viewed their page.

What does Company Signal offer founders?

A list of funders that back UK companies with a page for each, current UK grant calls, a pitch builder and a private fundraising tracker; guides to starting a company in the UK and 40 other countries, with a company name checker; office space by area with business rates estimates; and email reminders before accounts and confirmation statements are due.
