An invitation with a date, a map and an RSVP

Create an online invitation card they can open, read and RSVP to.

Nine kinds of invitation. One link. Every reply in one place.

Make a wedding, birthday, engagement, housewarming, baby shower, farewell or reunion invitation as its own webpage - the date, the venue, the dress code and a live RSVP, all on one readable link you can send anywhere.

Unlisted by default · opens on any phone · 23 languages

The invitation stops being a picture and starts being a page.

A JPEG of an invitation card compresses in WhatsApp, cannot be added to a calendar and cannot tell you who is coming. An invitation page carries the same design and then does the three things the image never could: it opens the map, it adds itself to their calendar, and it takes their reply.

Nine shapes are ready to use, covering a birthday, a party, a wedding, an engagement, a baby shower, a housewarming, an anniversary party, a farewell and a reunion. Give the AI a few clues about the evening and it writes the wording in the language you choose, in the tone the occasion needs.

Put the facts where they are read first

Date, time, venue, map link, dress code and RSVP-by all live on one card above the message. Nothing important is more than one screen from the top on a phone.

Let them add it to a calendar in one tap

The page builds a real calendar entry from your start and end times, so the event lands in their week rather than in a screenshot they will never find again.

Take the reply on the page itself

Coming, trying to make it, or cannot come - plus a guest count and a line for them. It arrives in your inbox the moment they press send.

Create a digital invitation card with a working RSVP

An online invitation is worth making when the guest list lives across four group chats and three cities. Add the couple or the birthday name, the date and time, the venue with a Google Maps link, the dress code and an RSVP-by date; add the functions if there is more than one evening. Every guest opens the same link on their phone, taps a calendar button, and answers coming, maybe or cannot make it. You get a readable list instead of a scroll of replies.

Everything a guest needs, in the order they need it.

The event card sits above the words, because someone opening an invitation wants the date before the prose. The RSVP sits below them, once they have read why they are being asked. Their answer, their guest count and their note come straight back to you by email.

When an invitation page beats an image

  • A wedding or engagement where both families need the same details.
  • A birthday or house party you are tired of explaining twice in the group.
  • A baby shower, godh bharai or griha pravesh with a long guest list.
  • A farewell or reunion where you need a headcount before you book.

Make it easy to say yes

How to write an online invitation people actually answer

An invitation has a job to do, and the page does most of it for you. What is left is the part only you can write: why this evening matters and why you want this particular person in the room. Everything below is about protecting that part from the logistics.

Put the wording first and the logistics second

The card below your message already shows the date, the time, the venue and the map. Use the opening lines for the part that cannot be printed on a card. Repeating the address in the message makes the whole page read like a form.

Add the map link before you send it

Most guests open an invitation on a phone while doing something else. A Google Maps link turns finding the venue into one tap, and the add-to-calendar button turns remembering the date into none. Both fields are optional, and both are the difference between a yes and a maybe.

Ask for the RSVP by a date you genuinely need

An RSVP-by date gives people a reason to answer now instead of later. Set it far enough ahead that you can still change the catering. Then close with one line that makes replying feel easy rather than obligatory.

Questions people ask before they make one.

Can guests RSVP on the invitation page?

Yes. Every invitation template carries a live RSVP: coming, trying to make it, or cannot come, with a guest count and an optional note. The reply is emailed to you as it lands and stays visible on the page.

How is this different from an invitation image?

An image cannot collect replies. This is a page, so the date, time, venue and map stay readable on any phone, and guests answer on the page itself instead of in four separate group chats.

Can I put more than one function on a wedding invitation?

Yes. The wedding invitation has a functions list - mehendi, haldi, pheras or anything else - each with its own day, time and place, plus a separate line for the muhurat.

Will the invitation work on any phone?

Yes. It is one web page, so it opens in whatever browser your guest already has. There is nothing to install and no account for them to make.

Can guests add the event to their calendar?

Yes. The card offers a Google Calendar link and a downloadable calendar file, built from the start and end times you entered so nothing is guessed.

Can the invitation be written in Hindi or another language?

Yes. Choose from 23 languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali and romanised Hinglish, and the wording is written in the one you pick.

Is the invitation page private?

It is unlisted. It carries a noindex instruction, it is never added to the public sitemap, and only people you send the link to can open it.

Clear about the product behind the moment.

How the AI is used

The AI drafts from the names, tone and details you provide. You review and edit every word before the page is created.

What unlisted means

Created pages are excluded from Krapton’s sitemap and marked noindex. They are not password-protected by default, so anyone with the link can open them.
